Can you find a way to gamify it? Exercise is mostly incredibly boring. The only hack I could find so far is HIIT on the street with a bike, because speed has a sense of thrill to it. Yet, even that I cannot make myself do most days.
Aren't we basically stupid? Every second person enjoy shooting stuff in videogames, so why are we not doing paintball or airsoft?
I personally use team sports as a way to make exercise more fun; it's also a great social way to meet people. The other activity I have done that works well is VR table tennis and playing beatsaber or rhythm games while on an exercise bike. Strongly agree with this premise of gamifying exercise in general!
