Euzoia is a trade name of Christoph Hartmann, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

Coaching: We provide personalized sessions designed to help you achieve specific goals. Coaching is a support service; it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Commitment Devices: Euzoia provides a behavioral science tool where you set a financial consequence to hold yourself accountable to a self-defined goal. By using a Commitment Device, you agree that if your goal is not met according to the rules you set, Euzoia may charge your saved payment method.

Fees for coaching are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Euzoia charges your saved payment method for a Commitment Device only if your goal is not met according to the rules you set. A Commitment Device charge is a service fee, not a charitable donation. Taxes and payment processing fees may apply, and Euzoia cannot issue donation receipts.

Coaching: You can cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full or in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Digital Access: For immediate access to the Discord community or coaching materials, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal at the moment of access.
Commitment Devices: Once a Commitment Device charge has been processed, it is non-refundable except where required by law or where Euzoia made an error.

Euzoia’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect losses or your failure to reach specific life or business outcomes.
