Euzoia is a trade name of Christoph Hartmann, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

Coaching: We provide personalized sessions designed to help you achieve specific goals. Coaching is a support service; it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Commitment Devices: This is a behavioral science tool where you “stake” a cash deposit to hold yourself accountable. By using this, you agree that if your self-defined goal is not met, the stake is forfeited to Euzoia as a service fee for the accountability infrastructure provided.

Fees for coaching are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cash commitment stakes are held securely. You acknowledge that “losing” a stake is a core feature of the product you are purchasing.

Coaching: You can cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full or in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Digital Access: For immediate access to the Discord community or coaching materials, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal at the moment of access.
Stakes: Once a commitment period has started, the stake cannot be refunded, as the “accountability service” is already in effect.

Euzoia’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect losses or your failure to reach specific life or business outcomes.
